Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations. Interns will work with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth and retailer engagement.

The program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with an hourly pay of $30.00. It offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to learn from sales leaders across the Commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student orgs, athletics, or work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
