Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in territory sales and commercial operations. You will ride with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth while supporting cross-functional teams.

The program runs 10 weeks with real project impact, professional development, and networking, plus a starting hourly pay of $30 and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
