Job summary

Pason is hiring Field Sales Technicians to support customers around Carlsbad, NM and nearby Texas locations. You will install, support and upsell Pason hardware and software on drilling rigs, travel as needed, and work with Account Management to grow the customer base.

The role requires independent work, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exemplary service. Onboarding includes training and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Focus sales efforts by understanding customer issues and provide solutions with Pason equipment.
• Install Pason equipment to company standards.
• Sell Pason products and services to customers.
• Support Field Service Technicians and travel to other areas when necessary.
• Provide sales leads to the sales staff and report issues.
