Pason is seeking a motivated Field Sales Technician in the Midland area to install and support our hardware and software on drilling and service rigs. This role requires strong customer interaction, the ability to work independently, and occasional international travel.

You will receive training and a field service vehicle, with benefits including comprehensive medical coverage and a 401(k) plan. The position is commuter-friendly and within 6 driving hours of Midland, TX.

Responsibilities

• Focus sales efforts by understanding customer issues and provide solutions using Pason equipment.
• Install and support Pason hardware and software on drilling rigs.
• Travel within assigned area and sometimes to other regions to support customers.
• Sell Pason products and services to current and new customers.
• Maintain records and assist in field operations logistics.
