Job summary

Pason is seeking a dynamic Drilling Field Sales Technician to support customers in the West Permian region. The role combines field sales with hands-on installation and ongoing equipment support on drilling and service rigs.

You will work independently, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with Field Support Managers. Regular travel, training, and a field service vehicle are provided to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Install Pason equipment to company standards and ensure proper operation.
• Sell Pason products and services to current and future customers.
• Travel to customer sites and support field technicians as needed.
• Maintain records in the Pason Operations Database and manage company assets.
