Job summary

Pason Systems Corp. is seeking a Drilling Field Sales Technician to support customers in the Bakersfield area, installing and supporting Pason hardware and software on drilling rigs. The role requires travel, self-motivation, and strong teamwork to ensure customer success.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, can work irregular hours, and will contribute to a performance-based bonus while enjoying comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel internationally from time to time.
• Ability to work long or irregular hours and handle field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Focus sales efforts by understanding customer issues and providing solutions using Pason equipment.
• Install Pason equipment to company standards.
• Sell Pason products and services to current and future customers.
• Provide sales leads to the sales staff and report customer feedback.
• Travel to other areas when necessary to cover assigned regions.
