Job summary

Pason is seeking a Field Sales Technician to support installation and ongoing service of our drilling and service rig hardware and software. You will work on-site with customers, travel as needed, and solve problems independently while collaborating with a regional team.

You will promote Pason solutions, ensure equipment operates to customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records. A training program and field tools are provided to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Provide on-site installation and ongoing support of Pason hardware and software.
• Travel internationally as needed.
• Represent Pason in Williston, ND; Sidney, MT; Watford City, ND.
• Maintain and service equipment per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Focus sales efforts by understanding customer issues and provide solutions using Pason equipment.
• Recommend product changes based on customer needs and results.
• Install Pason equipment to company standards and ensure functionality.
