Konecranes is seeking a Field Sales Technical Associate in the United States. This full-time, customer-facing role supports senior sales professionals by performing technical pre-sales tasks, including site visits, data gathering, and quote preparation under mentorship.

You will build technical and commercial acumen in real-world settings, with a clear path toward leadership roles in sales or service operations. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field experience in industrial maintenance, technical support, or customer service OR recent technical program graduate.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical systems in industrial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites with senior sales representatives to gather technical measurements and scope service opportunities.
• Draft and assist in preparing customer quotes using field data.
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Support sales pipeline documentation and CRM data hygiene.
• Participate in territory planning and prioritize leads with Control Tower input.
• Develop knowledge of cranes, components, and service offerings.
