Konecranes in Pottstown, PA, is seeking a Field Sales Technical Associate. This full-time, hybrid role supports senior sales professionals by performing technical pre-sales, site visits, data gathering, and quote preparation under the guidance of a senior service sales representative.

You will build technical and commercial acumen to aid sales growth, learn cranes and service offerings, and contribute to a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant field experience in industrial maintenance, technical support, or customer service.
• Prior exposure to mechanical/electrical systems or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites with the senior sales representative to gather technical measurements and scope service opportunities.
• Draft and assist in the preparation of customer quotes using field data.
• Learn to identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Support sales pipeline documentation and CRM data hygiene.
• Participate in territory planning and prioritize leads with input from leadership.
• Continuously develop knowledge of cranes, components, and service offerings.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of sales growth and technical training.
