Qualifications

• Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to apply administrative, analytical, and communication skills and understand business operations.
• Ability to use software applications (e.g., MS Office) to create exhibits, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, marketing materials, etc.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a support role with emphasis on organizational, analytical or marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports branch office, marketing, meetings, events, and branch-wide contests, including arranging conference rooms and catering.
• Tracks and follows up on sales activities to aid management and improve future planning and productivity.
• Supports branch offices' communication of metrics by updating routine information for huddle boards and preparing charts and presentations.
• Runs KPI data using Excel, MicroStrategy, and other company systems and communicates results to stakeholders.
• Assists with compliance-related work, including application compliance, data accuracy, binder control and related controls.
• Provides office management support across multiple branches, including accounts payable, equipment inventory, and supplies monitoring.
