Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office to create exhibits, presentations, reports and marketing materials; Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports branch office, marketing events and branch-wide activities.
• Tracks and follows up on sales activities to assist management in improving results and planning.
• Prepares dashboards and presentations using charts and metrics for huddle boards and stakeholders.
• Runs KPI data with Excel, MicroStrategy and company systems and communicates results to stakeholders.
• Supports compliance-related work including data accuracy and binder control as needed.
• Provides office management support including accounts payable requests and inventory oversight.
