Job summary

Rangen, LLC Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Support Specialist to provide technical, customer, and operational support to the Livestock Nutrition field sales team. You will help customers, support product and feed activities, and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and co-workers.

An agricultural, livestock, feed, or animal nutrition background is preferred. You will travel locally to support customers, retail locations, dairies, farms, feed mills, and the sales team,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–80 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to work in office, retail, feed mill, farm environments.
• Strong dependability and work ethic.
• Customer-service mindset.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support to the Livestock Nutrition sales team.
• Travel locally as needed to support customers, retail locations, dairies, farms, feed mills, and sales team.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service.
• Establish and maintain positive customer and co‑worker relationships.
• Assist with product information, samples, documentation, and reports.
• Support retail customers with inventory counts, product quality checks, merchandising, and marketing materials.
• Communicate customer needs and product concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate records and product information.
• Use basic computer and math skills to complete daily responsibilities.
• Learn and apply basic ruminant nutrition, feed product, and livestock production concepts.
• Work effectively independently as well as part of a team.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
