Rangen Group is seeking a Field Sales Support Specialist to assist the Livestock Nutrition sales team with technical and operational support. The role includes on-site visits to dairies and farms, inventory checks, merchandising, and collaborating with retail partners to strengthen customer relationships.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to learn about ruminant nutrition.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and operational support to the Livestock Nutrition sales team.
• Travel locally as needed to support customers, retail locations, dairies, farms, feed mills, and sales team.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service.
• Establish and maintain positive customer and co-worker relationships.
• Assist with product information, samples, documentation, and reports.
• Support retail customers with inventory counts, product quality checks, merchandising, and marketing materials.
• Communicate customer needs and product concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate records and product information.
• Use basic computer and math skills to complete daily responsibilities.
• Learn and apply basic ruminant nutrition, feed product, and livestock production concepts.
• Work effectively independently as well as part of a team.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Other role responsibilities and projects as needed
