Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking a Field Sales Support Associate in Portsmouth, NH to provide essential support across local sales, marketing, operations, and administration for multiple stakeholders. You will assist the Regional Manager, Sales Managers, and frontline agents to meet production, operational, and employee engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office to create exhibits, presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a support/administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports branch offices, marketing, meetings, events, and contests; arranges conference rooms and catering as needed.
• Tracks and follows up on sales activities to aid management in improving current results and planning future events.
• Updates and organizes routine information for huddle boards; prepares charts, graphs, or presentations of varying complexity.
• Generates KPI data using Excel, MicroStrategy, and company systems; communicates results to stakeholders.
• Provides compliance support including application compliance, data accuracy, binder control, and related controls.
• Assists multiple branches with office management tasks such as accounts payable, equipment inventory, and supplies.
