Gruma, S.A.B. de C.V. is seeking a Sales Specialist in the Indianapolis area to support its sales force under the Area Sales Manager. You will deliver displays, prospect for new business, and build strong trade relationships with customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of related sales experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualificações

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Requires valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Candidates must live in the geographic area to ensure a reasonable commute and access to customers in the assigned district.
• Able to work flexible hours and days, including weekends as needed.
• Able to lift/move up to 40 pounds.
• Most work is in stores and some in the warehouse.
• English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers racks and builds displays to encourage customers to buy products.
• Prospect for new business. Sell products and incremental space/displays.
• Develop strong trade relationships with customers. Identify service issues.
• Ensures Planograms (POGs) are utilized to increase customer purchases and placement.
• Ensure sales tag integrity through inspection and proper placement; check for voids.
• Communicate back to Area Sales Manager and District Sales Managers daily and weekly.
• Identify service issues and potential service issues.
• Keep warehouses clean and maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
