SunSource’s Ryan Herco Flow Solutions in Austin seeks an outside sales professional to manage an assigned territory. You will solidify key customer relationships, identify new prospects, and train customers on fluid control and filtration products.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years field/outside sales experience
• Experience in industrial sales preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lead and coordinate a sales team
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Solidify and grow relationships with key customers.
• Identify and sell to new prospects from current clients, referrals and other sources.
• Educate customers on products/applications and provide training.
• Prepare and submit a weekly sales call plan (min. 5 calls/day).
• Document all customer contact in ACS (minimum 3 times/week).
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, RSM and team on territory strategy and issue resolution.
• Continuously improve product and sales knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
