Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to own the accounts and drive new and existing opportunities in the drilling tools segment. You will represent Baker Hughes, develop trusted customer relationships, and bring innovative insights to the table for downhole drilling solutions.

Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for customers, handling complex products with technical knowledge, and ensuring safe, productive downhole operations through proper drill bits selection

Qualifications

Requires High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 4 years of oil and gas operations experience.
Proven experience as a sales representative.
Experience with drill bits and directional drilling.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
Responding to customer needs, wants and expectations.
Evaluating the suitability and use of drill bits and components, ensuring successful and safe downhole drilling activities.
