Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Specialist for Drill Bits to manage customer accounts across a defined geographic area and to deliver value through collaboration with operations, sales, and engineering teams. You will act as the primary contact and trusted advisor to ensure timely resolution of customer needs and drive opportunities for new and existing sales.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and be coached

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4+ years sales experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Selling products within a defined geographic area
• Working closely with operations, sales, and engineering teams to deliver value to customers
• Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns
• Handling complex products and systems requiring strong technical understanding and awareness of operating environments
• Responding effectively to customer needs, expectations, and requirements
• Evaluating the suitability and application of drill bits and components to ensure safe and successful drilling activities
