Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Sales Specialist – Drill Bits to own customer accounts in a defined geographic area. You will collaborate with operations, sales and engineering teams to deliver value, act as the primary contact, and bring strong technical understanding to complex drilling tools.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of sales experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while being coachable.

Responsibilities

• Selling products within a defined geographic area
• Working closely with operations, sales, and engineering teams to deliver value to customers
• Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns
• Handling complex products and systems requiring strong technical understanding and awareness of operating environments
• Responding effectively to customer needs, expectations, and requirements
• Evaluating the suitability and application of drill bits and components to ensure safe and successful drilling activities
