Job summary

Baker Hughes Drill Bit Team in the United States seeks a Field Sales Specialist to own accounts, build trusted relationships and bring innovative insights that drive new and existing opportunities.

You will resolve customer concerns, evaluate drill bits for downhole drilling, and engage in a collaborative environment. A high school diploma and 4 years in oil and gas sales are required, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in oil and gas operations.
• Proven experience as a sales representative.
• Experience with drill bits and directional drilling.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
• Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
• Responding to customer needs, wants and expectations.
• Evaluating the suitability and use of drill bits and components, ensuring successful and safe downhole drilling activities.
