You will generate leads through cold calls and in-person visits, develop relationships with contractors and developers, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining strong customer service to secure repeat

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outside sales (not entry-level)
• Strong ability to cold call, door-knock, and generate leads independently
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships quickly and close deals
• Organized with solid follow-through
• Experience in construction or building-related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking
• Prospect and build relationships with contractors, developers, and industry professionals
• Identify opportunities on job sites and convert them into sales
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Provide strong customer service and follow-up to ensure repeat business
• Track pipeline activity and report progress to management
