Job summary

Wastequip WRX is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in a defined California territory, with remote Bay Area options. You will sell Wastequip WRX and Wastebuilt products, grow existing accounts, and identify cross-sell opportunities across divisions.

A hands-on, results-driven approach and ability to travel are essential for success. The role offers a base salary with commission, emphasizing relationship building and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, especially route sales or customer service.
• Heavy equipment or waste-industry familiarity is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Sell and support Wastequip WRX and Wastebuilt product lines.
• Develop and maintain an assigned customer territory.
• Prospect new customers and cross-sell other Wastequip products.
• Promote Wastequip as a company and represent at trade shows.
