Job summary

Wastequip is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell and support Wastebuilt and Wastequip WRX product lines across a defined customer territory. This route sales role includes visiting existing accounts, cold calling for new business, and promoting Wastequip as a full waste management solutions provider.

The ideal candidate has experience in route sales, knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems or related equipment, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (especially route sales) or customer service.
• Waste industry and/or heavy equipment knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Spanish language skills are a benefit but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and support Wastequip Parts & Service Product Lines for assigned customers.
• Promote Wastequip and identify cross-selling opportunities across lines of business.
• Maintain and grow an existing customer base through proactive service and follow-up; develop new customers through cold calling.
