Job summary

Ridings Residential is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow its painting services business. You will manage a $750,000+ sales plan, cold call prospects, and estimate opportunities using our CRM.

You will learn the Ridings sales process, pursue targets for sales, margins, and cost per margin, and contribute to weekly GAM/L10 discussions. This role emphasizes high organization and proactive communication.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:Manage a $750,000+ sales plan, selling painting services as well as cross selling other product offerings as the opportunities ariseCold calling residential homes and commercial businesses to generate 80%+ of leadsEstimating leads that are provided by the companyLearn and execute the Ridings sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post bid)Hitting Personal Sales Target, Margin Target, and cost per margin targetEntering appointments into company CRMEntering estimates into company CRMUpdating client dataWriting customer proposalsResponding to customers questions and office questionsIndependently studying to become competent in painting servicesAttending weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team MeetingsBuilding a sales plan and tracking against it at all times - with supervisor guidance.Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities.

TIME AND COMPENSATION:Full-Time - higher volume of work in the exterior painting season (May - October)Base salary + commission - base salary set on past experience and current skill. OTE of $100K+ annually
