Field Sales Rep II (MSO) – North America

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients across a targeted portfolio of rooftops.
- Conduct in-person sales visits to understand client needs and promote our offerings.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling within existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and business terms to secure new agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective service delivery.
- Track sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software, providing regular reports on progress against targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- 50–75% travel required.
- SAAS sales experience.
- Automotive claims / experience preferred.
