Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join a dynamic, field-based team. You will meet with small business owners, present benefit packages, and guide employees to suitable insurance plans.

This is a territory role with a strong focus on relationship-building and ongoing client service. You'll start with comprehensive training, access to weekly draws, and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be licensed or willing to get licensed (Health & Life) within 90 days
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to present to groups and travel within territory

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage
• Build a strong personal book of business
• Use our CRM tools to track activity and performance
• Work alongside a high-performing team that trains together and wins together
