Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home demonstrations and services. You will work scheduled appointments, showcase our latest technology, and close sales with strong negotiation and product knowledge.

Earn between $62,900 and $100,000 with uncapped commission potential, including base salary. Paid training, career progression, and a broad benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and meeting targets.
• Upselling techniques to enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicle.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check, drug screening, and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
