Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home demonstrations and technology solutions. You’ll operate in a quota-driven role with scheduled appointments and a company vehicle for official business use.

Expect a base salary with uncapped commission potential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. New reps start with paid training and ongoing coaching, with earnings ranging from $62,900 to $100,000 annually depending on geography, experience, and sales performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official business use.

Responsibilities

• Kick off with paid training to work independently in the field.
• Connect with existing customers daily via scheduled appointments.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
