Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking an in-person field sales professional to grow NFIB membership by meeting small business owners in your local market. You’ll deliver a proven sales presentation, build rapport, and close deals with substantial earning potential.

NFIB offers a W-2 with full benefits, eligibility after 30 days, and performance-based training pay or commission. Expect production-based weekly commissions, monthly & quarterly bonuses, and uncapped earnings

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and perseverance.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a proven sales model.
• Ability to prospect face-to-face with small business owners.
• Familiarity with basic sales processes and objections handling.

Responsibilities

• Meet small business owners in-person in your local market.
• Memorize and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• Build rapport and present NFIB’s value proposition.
• Overcome objections and close the sale; process payment on the spot.
