Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. You will work independently, close deals with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery, earning uncapped commissions in addition to hourly pay.

You will connect daily with warm prospects, complete training, and travel to scheduled appointments across nearby markets while meeting sales targets. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule (evenings/weekends) are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official business use.
