AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences at customers’ homes. You will work independently to meet sales goals, closing deals through hands-on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments with uncapped commission potential up to $100,000.

New reps earn $61,410 to $100,000, with pay influenced by geography, experience, and performance. Training, scheduled customer appointments, and a company vehicle are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Kick things off with paid training to work independently in the field.
• Connect with our existing customers daily; scheduled appointments are provided.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and engage customers.
• Close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
