Job summary

Western Microsurgical LLC in Phoenix seeks an independent medical device sales representative. You will present, promote, and sell surgical microscopes and related services, prospect new leads, and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales, preferably medical devices, with a clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs to load equipment. A high school diploma or higher is expected; company offers benefits and 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with medical device sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Technical training in Surgical Equipment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell our products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Responds independently to customer calls.
• Supplies excellent level of customer service using clear and concise communication.
• Ensures service commitments are met within outlined response time.
• Coordinates delivery of new and evaluation equipment; set up and breakdown of the surgical microscopes.
• Advises end user on the use and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Responsible for building relationships and selling capital equipment.
• Ensures proper vehicle maintenance guidelines and safe driving habits are followed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
