ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Establish and maintain account relationships to drive sales and promote Microline and its technology.
- Observe and report market trends which affect the Microline’s sales and product development.
- Process customer complaints and returns in accordance with established procedure and policy.
- Support products through case attendance, in-servicing and product evaluations.
- Complete and process reports including, but not limited to, expense reports and complaint reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Ensure salesforce.com is updated to include competitive products, strategies, and market trends.
- Work at national shows as required. Propose and run regional trade shows to help build local association relationships.
- Attend and support cadaver labs, animal labs or local courses when needed.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
In addition to the essential functions listed above, the incumbent may be required to perform other non-essential functions. Employees are required to follow any other job‑related instructions and to perform any other job‑related duties as requested by their supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two to three years of previous surgical sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to travel (daily and overnight) to cover territory as well as some annual meetings outside of assigned territory.
- Must maintain certifications required for entry into the operating room in given territory.
- Medical Device Sales Experience Preferred.
- OR or SPD experience Preferred.
