Job summary

Bravida Medical in the Phoenix area is seeking an Associate Sales Representative specialized in surgical devices to drive sales and manage client relationships within a defined territory. You will engage healthcare professionals, present products, and help hospitals, clinics, and private practices with solutions that improve patient care.

Key duties include building relationships with decision-makers, meeting sales targets, using Salesforce for records, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with prior sales experience.
• 1+ year of outside sales experience.
• Medical device sales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct product presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Negotiate and close sales with hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare.
• Provide ongoing training to healthcare professionals on product use.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collect and analyze sales data for insights.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
