ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in Parsippany, NJ. You will independently manage a defined geographic territory of 1–49 employees, identify new clients for payroll, tax, HR, and benefits, and sell additional ADP solutions.

No prior sales experience is required thanks to ADP’s renowned training and modern sales tools. You will build relationships, set appointments, and close business daily, while embracing a fast-paced, inclusive culture that rewards performance

Qualifications

• One to two years of prior work experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.
• Military experience is valued; veterans welcome and encouraged to apply.
