Job summary

Native Pest Management seeks an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will travel to meet customers, assess needs, and recommend pest control solutions, all while building lasting relationships.

Work outdoors with a flexible schedule, often from your home base, and leverage provided leads along with your own outreach. You’ll conduct thorough home inspections, present service recommendations, and close deals with signed agreements and payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with CRM platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a sales strategy to hit company and personal targets.
• Travel to meet existing and potential customers face-to-face.
• Communicate regularly with customers and provide solutions as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and how they benefit customers.
• Support customers after sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Document interactions to manage leads efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and represent the company accurately.
• Engage in lead generation through door-to-door outreach and local events.
