Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners protect their homes with our built-in pest control system. You’ll generate sales through door-to-door visits and calls, explaining benefits and pricing while building lasting relationships.

Expect a 29-hour weekly schedule, competitive hourly pay plus commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training will be provided, and advancement opportunities exist within a friendly, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners to generate sales, including knocking on doors and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam products and services.
• Complete sales documents accurately so Pest Control Techs have information to serve homeowners.
• Work 29 hours per week.
• Work independently and stay motivated.
• Enjoy outdoor work and meeting new people.
