Job summary

Native Pest Management is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to serve residential customers in Port Saint Lucie, FL. You will travel to meet clients, conduct site inspections, and tailor pest control solutions to protect homes while hitting sales targets.

This role rewards proactive outreach, follow-up with customers, and building a personal pipeline through door‑to‑door efforts, networking, and local events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with customer management software/CRM platforms.
• Completion of pre-employment screening including background checks.
• Physical ability to access attics/roofs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Military veteran status encouraged.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet company and personal goals.
• Travel to meet existing and potential customers, conducting site inspections and recommending services.
• Communicate regularly with customers and provide solutions as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
• Support customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
• Document all customer interactions for efficient lead management.
• Adhere to company procedures, values, and policies.
• Engage in proactive sales activities such as door‑to‑door outreach, community networking, and event participation to build a personal pipeline.

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience with customer management software and platforms.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment screening, including criminal history, driving record, work history, and academic credentials verification.
• Physical ability to climb into attics/roofs and work outdoors in variable weather.
• Ability to maintain effective communication and customer service skills.
• Military veteran status encouraged.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
