As an Outside Sales Representative, you will build relationships, travel to meet clients, and convert leads into lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience using common customer management software (CRM).
• Past pest control experience is a plus.
• Ability to climb into attics/roofs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a sales strategy to meet company and personal targets.
• Travel to meet existing and potential customers face-to-face.
• Regularly communicate with customers and provide solutions as needed.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services and benefits for customers.
• Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and seek further opportunities.
• Document interactions with customers to manage leads efficiently.
• Adhere to company procedures, values, and policies in all dealings.
• Engage in door-to-door outreach, community networking, and local events to build a personal pipeline.
