Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to inspect properties, quote pest control services, and grow customer accounts. You’ll travel on route, build relationships with businesses and homeowners, and represent a trusted Southeast pest control leader.

No exterminating experience required; training is provided, and a company vehicle is provided for route assignments. A pesticide license can be obtained within 90 days, with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• B2B and field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Company pays for pesticide license within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes for pest control services.
• Generate sales leads through cold calling and networking.
• Transition prospects to Northwest customers and build loyalty.
• Develop relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction.
• Attend regular training and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
