Bayer is seeking a Field Sales Rep II for Central Missouri to drive sales of Bayer Crop Science products. You will work with pod mates to meet targets, develop dealer business plans, forecast and manage inventory, and serve retailers with product value.

The role requires traveling ~60% of the time, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and experience in sales or agriculture is beneficial.

• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written).
• Demonstrated initiative, assertiveness, and ability to drive results.
• Strong business acumen, account planning, influencing and critical thinking skills.
• Financial, time, and territory management proficiency.
• Proven ability to multi task in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; digital data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve targets with Bayer products in coordination with pod mates.
• Develop dealer business plans and forecast proactively, manage inventory and demand issues.
• Serve as the key consultant to retailers and dealers and sell Bayer Crop Science value.
• Demonstrate product performance and collaborate with Field Sales Representatives, CBAs and TAs.
• Travel approximately 60% (day travel in geography).
• Grow market share of Crop Protection/Seed and Trait business within territory.
