Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; relevant Sales/Agriculture experience preferred.
• 3+ years in sales, marketing, account management, or agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets with Bayer products in assigned geography.
• Develop dealer plans, forecast proactively, and manage inventory.
• Sell Bayer Crop Science products and demonstrate product/agronomic knowledge.
• Collaborate with field teams to maximize service to growers and retailers.
• Manage area claims and follow Bayer Crop Science policy.
• Travel ~60% within geography to meet objectives.
• Support marketing initiatives and mentor junior staff when required.
• Grow market share in Crop Protection/Seed and Trait within territory.
