Job summary

Bayer Crop Science is seeking a Field Sales Representative II for Crop Protection in Missouri. The role focuses on achieving targets, building dealer relationships, and delivering Bayer value to retailers and growers.

You will collaborate with agronomists and other sales teams to maximize service, manage inventory, and drive market share in the territory. A Bachelor’s degree and travel readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, account management or agriculture.
• Demonstrated product, portfolio and agronomic knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to travel and live/work in rural environments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets with Bayer products in coordination with pod mates.
• Develop and implement dealer business plans; forecast, manage inventory and product line demand.
• Serve as the key business consultant to retailers and dealers; sell Bayer value.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives, CBAs, Agronomists and TD Representatives to maximize service to growers.
• Grow market share of Crop Protection/Seed and Trait business in territory.
• Travel approximately 60% (primarily day travel).
