Surface Experts of South Denver is seeking a Sales Representative in Centennial, CO to grow our local business. This role offers a 100% commission structure with no cap, and you start earning from day one.

You’ll build relationships with property managers and facilities teams while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive, team-focused culture. Training walks you through our proprietary sales process and you’ll be coached to win, with ongoing mentorship and a local, hands-on leadership

• Licensed to drive a passenger car with a clean driving record.

• Ready to thrive on a metrics-based, process-driven team.
• Bonus points for knowledge of property management and/or construction.
• Experience with a CRM tool and process.
• You've worked commission-only before and loved the freedom and opportunity of it.

Mansioni

• Find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance.
• Educate customers on what Surface Experts does and earn their trust.
• Daily field activity includes 10–15 contacts, on-site visits, calls and emails.
• Plan and own the sales strategy for your territory.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress.
