Surface Experts is seeking an in-field sales professional to grow our customer base in San Diego North County. You will split time between on-site visits and coordinating with the Support Center, building relationships with clients, and presenting our surface repair services.

You’ll map routes, schedule ~15 visits per day, log notes in our software, and coordinate with teammates. The role offers full-time hours, a clear path to commissions, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; company will train you to learn the process.
• Coachable and responsive to feedback.
• Curious and customer focused; asks questions to understand clients.
• Detail-oriented; maintains routing, metrics, and follow-ups daily.

Responsibilities

• Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work.
• Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with our team.
• Light admin and prep from your home.
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
