Surface Experts of South Denver is seeking a full-time in-field sales professional to drive new business and service leads in the Centennial, CO area. You will map routes, conduct ~15 on-site visits, and coordinate with the sales team to book work.

The role offers a flexible schedule, performance-based compensation with commissions, and ongoing coaching and training to help you succeed within a supportive nationwide franchise.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience or formal sales experience required.
• Coachable: eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results.
• Curious: asks questions to understand customers and their needs.
• Detail-oriented: follows routing and logs metrics to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Check in with the sales and admin team daily.
• Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with the Owner/Sales team.
• Light admin and prep.
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
