Surface Experts, a nationwide surface repair provider, seeks an in-field Sales Representative to drive new business from on-site visits and local appointments. You will balance field activity with limited remote admin, supported by a dedicated coaching team and a strong lead flow.

No prior industry experience required; training is provided. You’ll structure your day, manage a regional route, and enjoy a compensation package including base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with paid time off

Responsibilities

• Map routes, conduct on-site visits, and book work.

• Provide light admin from home and participate in weekly coaching.
