Stryker in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative for Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) to support surgeons with innovative solutions in trauma, reconstruction, and craniofacial procedures. You will manage a designated territory, partner with healthcare professionals, support clinical cases, and drive growth through consultative selling and strong customer service.

This role includes after-hours coverage varying by territory; 100% commission with draw, bonuses and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical/healthcare or consultative sales.
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in customer-facing or high-performance environments pursuing a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years in outside or territory sales with a track record of meeting goals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory by promoting and selling craniomaxillofacial products to healthcare providers and accounts.
• Conduct product evaluations and support procedures in OR, clinic, and office environments.
• Demonstrate clinical and economic value during customer presentations and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
• Track territory performance, sales activities, and opportunities using approved tools.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth opportunities.
• Provide product education and technical support before, during, and after procedures.
• Support after-hours coverage and case support as territory requires.
