Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover an assigned territory and educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will perform street-side inspections, generate leads for the outside sales team, and demonstrate Leaf Home products during in-home visits.

The role requires working outdoors, evenings and weekends, and a self-motivated drive to achieve targets with the potential to earn substantial commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-driven to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for outside sales team by covering an assigned territory daily.
• Educate consumers on Leaf Home products and gather information for follow-up.
• Conduct a home inspection from the street to identify homeowner challenges.
• Report daily results to field management and collaborate with other sales reps.
• Represent Leaf Home professionally and ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Walk and stand for extended periods as required.
