Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to promote LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement in your assigned territory. You will perform street-level home inspections, educate homeowners, and guide prospects through the sales process.

This role requires outdoor work, the ability to walk and stand for long periods, evenings and weekends, and a self-driven approach to hitting and exceeding targets. Training and a competitive, no-cap commission structure support your growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for an outside sales team by covering an assigned territory and canvassing homeowners.

• Report daily results to field management and collaborate with other sales representatives.
• Represent Leaf Home professionally to ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements; ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
